We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were extremely helpful, providing us with valuable information about the area and even helping us with research. The quality of service was exceptional, and we felt like part of the family during our stay. The accommodations were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The room was spacious and well-organized, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast served here was delicious and exceeded our expectations. we couldn't have asked for a better experience and we can't wait to return!
We have no complaints about this hotel whatsoever. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Loved the room, it felt modern and clean, with a great smell of freshly baked cakes. the breakfast was fresh and had local ingredients. the location was perfect, as it was close to parks, mountains, the city, and the beach, all at an excellent price.
We were billed for items we did not use, and when we objected, the response was rude and unhelpful.

We were blown away by everything at this hotel! The staff made us feel like family, the accommodations were top notch, and the breakfast was pretty good. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. an amazing experience!

During my recent stay in this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service provided by the staff. the breakfast was delicious, using fresh ingredients from the area. the rooms were very clean and well-organized with all modern amenities. the location was also convenient to access local attractions. I especially enjoyed exploring the forests and mountains nearby.
While the hotel had many positive aspects, some staff members could have been more polite in dealing with billing errors.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was cute and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for dinner and private tours. The cleanliness of the facilities and room was perfect, with great attention to detail. The breakfast was far superior to my expectations, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-organized. this place provided an lovely experience I would definitely recommend.

My Christmas at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh local products and the rooms were always clean. The location was perfect, with all the main attractions within walking distance. It was great to have a private day tour, where we explored the area without feeling rushed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in suggesting great restaurants and activities to do in the area.
The limited parking available, which meant we had to park further away. the noise from the aircon in the room was a bit of a disturbance at night.
